Refunds & returns

Overview

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

In certain circumstances, we may not be able to issue a refund:

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. You will also be informed whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is completed.

If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please get in touch with us.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us and send your item to: Kehillat Kernow, Trevean Lane, Rosudgeon TR20 9PF.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item has been received, a gift certificate will be posted to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order delivered to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be informed of your return.

Returning Items

To return your product, please post it to: Kehillat Kernow, Trevean Lane, Rosudgeon TR20 9PF.

You will be responsible for paying your own postage costs for returning the item. Postage costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return postage will be deducted from your refund.

The time it may take for an exchanged item to reach you can vary depending on your location.

For more expensive items, you may wish to consider using a trackable postal service or purchasing postal insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
