Popular and totally biased, this is not necessary an historical document but a loving tribute to the late prime minister from two of her admirers. Can't believe this is a book and not a magazine article written by her public relations manager. A fifteen minute-read. Meir deserved better.

    Detailed diaries from academic man who living in Dresden to an Aryan woman, somehow managed to survive the Nazi period and live until 1960. The detail of this Jewish man's experience is what makes the book valuable though it is not light reading and the depression and trauma of his experienced come through on almost every page.
